Connie LaNelle (Flucard) McNiel of Corning, California United States was born on October 4, 1947 in Artois, Glenn County to John Edward Flucard Jr. and Merridy Rae (Yarbrough) Flucard. She was the mother of Shawn LaNelle McNiel and Rafael Lorenzo Sepeda. Connie McNiel died at age 74 years old on December 28, 2021 in Corning, Tehama County.
