This picture was sent to me thanks to Rhonda Rice, who obtained it from Leroy Carl's only daughter, Catherine E. Carl Phillips, and the fact that it was a wedding photograph was confirmed by the couple's daughter.
Delbert and Rosalee were married 22 Aug 1899 in London, Madison County, Ohio.
Delbert (13 Aug 1874-10 Jan 1948), the son of Leroy Carl & Margaret (Michael) and Rosalee (15 Sep 1882-9 Sep 1942), the daughter of Moses Ackley Partlow and Sarah Emeline (Carsey), were both born in Meigs Co, Ohio, both died in Columbus, Ohio, and both are buried at the Obetz Cemetery in Franklin Co, Ohio.
They had four children: Margaret Emeline Carl (3 May 1901-24 May 1989); Paul Everett Carl (19 Sep 1903-7 June 1950); Ralph Ackley Carl (17 May 1907-21 Sep 1972); and Delbert Maywood Carl (2 Nov 1909-6 Jan 1957).
I have more about this couple, their siblings, and ancestors on Rootsweb.com.
