Derwood Neunlist Simpson of 13511 East 39 Street Court South, in Independence, Jackson County, Missouri United States was born on January 7, 1926 to Marvin Llewellyn Simpson and Berniece Turnbull Simpson. He married Ida Mae (Kelly) Simpson, and they were married until Derwood's death on March 2, 2015. He had children Pamela Sue Bear and Kevin Michael Simpson. Derwood Simpson was buried on March 9, 2015 at Floral Hills Cemetery 7000 Blue Ridge Boulevard, in Kansas City.
