Eddie Wolfe a.k.a Eddie "Kid" Wolfe

I found this collage photo in the Antique Books Store in Old Ellicott City, Maryland. The one article mentioned East Baltimore. I did a bit of research and found he was born in 1910 in Tennessee. Seems he was quite a lightweight boxer in his day.
