Everett E. REED
I have in my possession and old photograph of Everett E. REED, which was taken at the Frank Kirby Studio in Eldora, IA. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870's or 1880's with Everett likely in his teens or 20's at the time it was taken. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Everett and his family:

Everett or Everette or Everet Edward REED was b. 23 Mar 1864 in Clay Township, Hardin Co., IA to parents Benjamin Franklin REED (1825-1896) and Harriet Emeline WHITNEY (1829-1917) who were married abt 1854 in Calais, ME. Everett was one of 8 children born to this couple including John Franklin; Rueben or Ruben Whitney; Charles Frederick “Fred”; Cordelia P.; Elizabeth or Elisabeth Jane; Everett Edward; Daisy Eleanor; and Paul Madison REED, all born between 1856 and 1867. Everett died 10 Mar 1935 in Grangeville, ID and he is buried in the Prairie View Cemetery in Grangeville, ID.

I am hoping to return the photograph to family and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of this family or know someone who might be.

Thanks,
Shelley
