FOUND IN TEXAS POSS FROM PENNSYLVANIA

I found this photo in an antique store in Brenham, Texas. On the front of the photo it shows the name of the photographer as F. Wm. Weber @ 351 E. Ninth St., Erie, Pennsylvania. This is a wonderful photo and I know he would like to be reunited with some of his family members. I would also like to know who he is. I have relatives that came from PA. I wish he could be one of mine. I hope someone recognizes this photo. I have also entered another photo that appears to (possibly) be his brother).
