Frank Nicodem family

I believe this is a photo of Frank Nicodem and his wife Ruby. This was found in a photo album of 10 pictures and the only other name in the photo albumin is a picture that reads Mama Prier, Clara, Kathryn, Joy and Johnny

I bought an old photo album that contained 10 pictures. The only other name in the photo albumin is a picture that reads Mama Prier, Clara, Kathryn, Joy and Johnny. I would like to get these back to the relatives. I am not sure if Nicodem is related to Prier or if it is just a Missionary card of someone supporting their work. The book was bought in Exeter, CA. I will label all photo from this album Exeter Album #1
