Fred Werstein is the gentleman in the middle. With his hands clutched together.

Don't know much as regards to the picture. I 'am looking for any family he might have still out there. He was married to a lovely lady named Leah. I believe I may have the correct Fred because his age and time of death matches up. He passed away in South Central Los Angeles CA. His wife passed away before he did. They didn't have any children. Residence is off but semi close. The gentleman in the picture lived in Los Angeles CA. You see it just so happened that where he worked he also lived. He lived in the apartment right above. I do know he came over from Germany when he was much younger, don't know how young though.
