Gene Phelps

This is Warren Gene Phelps as a baby. His siblings names are John Edward Phelps and Charlotte Jo Phelps. His parents were Warren G. Phelps and Marget Dorothy Jarboe Phelps. Margaret's adopted name was Jarboe, but her birth name was McGee. After Warren and Margaret divorced, he married again. In his second marriage, he had a daughter named Yetta.
