Gerald "Jerry" James Wehmer

Gerald "Jerry" James Wehmer was born to Lawrene Leroy Wehmer (1924-1974) and Ina June Harder (1928-2011). He was born on September 12, 1953 in Beatrice, Gage, Nebraska and had one brother. He grew up in Sious Falls, Iowa, and attended University of Iowa on a football scholarship. On February 8, 1986 he married Lisa Paige Caruso (1960–) in Nueces, Texas, USA. He was division manager for Encyclopedia Britannica in Los Angeles until 1992 when he and his wife relocated to Dripping Springs, Texas.
