Judge Henry Carroll Timmonds was born 12 May 1853 in Knoxville, Iowa, and died 4 July 1913 in Kansas City, Missouri. His parents were Dr. Landen Marion Timmonds and Jane Tichenor. He was married (1st) to Catherine "Kate" Faust and had three children: Xora, Harry W., and Reba Stratton. His second wife was Anastasia Murray, and they had one child: Henry Carroll Timmonds, Jr. Judge Timmonds was a State Representative in 1886, representing Barton County, Missouri.
