Identify Unknown 2

So I found a bunch of Photos hidden in an Album, but they are not labeled.

Does anyone Recognize this lady; it appears to be a sister or close relative of one of the Identity Unknown 1 Photo I posted.

There is nothing on the back like the other photos I have posted.

They were in my Grandma's Album.

I'm hoping someone can help tell me anything about them.

Who are they, time frame of photo, and anything else anyone knows.
