Is this a Mason?
This picture was discovered in Great Aunt Rosie's home (Rosalie Marguerite Mason Oatman). She could not remember who this was in our family, and we believe her sister Aunt Ida may have purchased the picture for the frame (oval with oval glass). We cannot identify her, and hoping someone does and would love to gift this in it original frame to a family member. It was most likely purchased in Oregon, though the Mason family moved to Oregon from Nebraska, and from Iowa to Nebraska.

Who is this lady?
Date & Place: in Oregon United States
