i really liked it better when nuns looked like nuns. now they look like thee frazzled houswife down the street. except for the Mother Teresa nuns, of course
To clarify my statement; being very familiar with catholic doctrines, the waste is what could have been an otherwise useful christian had entered the most ridiculously unbiblical of false cults the world has ever known.
Some of the nuns were very sweet compassionate people. I wentvto Catholic school and only had one dreadful mean nun. I was pretty sure her family put her there because she was so mean! LOL
She is so beautiful. I could never understand how a young woman could give up all chance of a mormal woman's life, never fall in love, have a physical life eith a man, be pregnant, raise children. But I never never had a religious vocation, obviously.
I haven't known many "stereotypical nuns". I worked in a Catholic hospital and didn't go to Catholic school, though. Maybe those poor nuns were soured by dealing with teenagers all the time :P
She is pretty. So many women gave their lives to the Church and served the congregations and a few opened universities. It is amazing what they did, and it is sad that their numbers have declined.
