Jacob and Cynthia (Albin) Klepper and Their Family
Cynthia Albin was the daughter of Joseph and Rosannah (Sheeks) Albin [whose picture is elsewhere on this site], who had married in Lawrence Co, Indiana, lived there 10 years, then moved to Putnam Co, Indiana. Cynthia was born 6 Aug 1836 and married Jacob Klepper on 12 Sep 1858. In 1867 they were living in Schuyler Co, Illinois. Their two children pictured here are Asenath Klepper, born ca 1867, who married a Mr. Eastman, and Clyde Klepper, born ca 1875. The picture was taken ca 1880 in Hancock Co, Illinois.
