Jeffery Alan Schlicher is the child of Kay Schlicher Troutman and Raymond John Schlicher (1937-2002). He was born on May 12, 1959 in Fort Madison, Iowa and had siblings including Raymond John Schlicher Jr (1958-2010) and Camala Marie Schlicher Winters (born 1963).
