Jeffrey Alan Konen

Murder victim. Son of Harry Joseph Konen and Sara Loretto Gartland. Jeffrey was a student at the University of Texas. While hitchhiking on September 25, 1970, he was picked up by serial killer Dean Corll and subsequently strangled. Corll buried Jeffery's body at High Island beach, where it was discovered on August 10, 1973.
