She had siblings Sharon L (Laprath) Olson and Vicki M (Laprath) Tanner. She married Edward F Nebola on August 15, 1971, and they were married until Julie's death on January 13, 2008. Julie Nebola had children Jason J Nebola, Joshua J Nebola, and April F (Nebola) Steckel.
