Ellen (Waggoner) Goodson
Ellen Waggoner is the child of Enellia (1828-1895) and Robert Waggoner (1821-1880). She was born on July 1 of either 1859 or 1868 in Creston, Louisiana. She had siblings Alabama Annie (1847-1896), William Thomas (1850-1925), Lucinda (born 1852), Robert Whit Jr (1856-1919), Benjamin (1857-1915), Emma (1861-1880), and Olivia Waggoner (born 1864). She first married Narl Goodson in 1876 and they had two daughters, Elizabeth and Amelia. 4 years after they married, Narl died and Ellen then married his brother Thomas 2 years after his death on Dec 29, 1882. Ellen and Thomas had children Ursula (1884-1967), Josephine Agnes (1885-1948), Dennis (1890-1956), Ellis Joseph (1892-1934), Thomas Jefferson (1894-1980), Oma Gabriel (1894-1973), Lola (1896-1980), Emeline (1898-1978), and Vivian Goodson (1900-1980). Ellen Goodson passed away on October 17, 1935 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Thomas Jefferson Goodson
Thomas Jefferson Goodson is the child of Thomas Narl Goodson (1821 - 1870) and Elizabeth (Stewart) Goodson ( March 26, 1826- November 10, 1912). He had a brother named Narl Lar Goodson and Thomas was born in either 1850 or 1846. His brother Narl was married to Ellen Waggoner, and after his brother's death, Thomas married Ellen on Decemebr 29, 1882 in Campti, Natchitoches, Louisiana, USA. They had children Ursula (1884-1967), Josephine Agnes (1885-1948), Dennis (1890-1956), Ellis Joseph (1892-1934), Thomas Jefferson (1894-1980), Oma Gabriel (1894-1973), Lola (1896-1980), Emeline (1898-1978), and Vivian Goodson (1900-1980). He was arrested for murder on July 14, 1905, read more here Alleged Assassins . However on August 11, 1909 he was pardoned.
