Kathleen Burns Watkins

A photo of Kathleen Burns Watkins, wife of Judge Van Tassel. Kathleen was born in San Antonio, Texas on Valentine's in 1884. Widow of an army man. Their daughter, Narceissa died at age 10. She was a Postal Clerk in Oakland when Robert met her. They married in Watertown, NY 16 Jan 1925 and moved to Florida in 1928. She had a pet racoon. Active in St Luke's Episcopal Church, Salvation Army, Rosalind Club, and Orlando Day Nursery. Died Oct 16, 1963.
