Lecil Breedlove and mystery man

Thomas Lecil "Leece" Breedlove is on right and maybe his brother, Walter, or someone else on left. If you recognize this man, please let me know who he is. I have plenty of info regarding Lecil and his family and will share.

Does anyone know who the man on the left of this photo is? The man on the right is my great-uncle, Lecil Breedlove, who died before 1910 in Dade County, GA, and left a widow and 3 young children. This man might be his younger brother Walter who also died before 1910, but it could also be a relative(i.e. Daniel family, Avans/Evans family, etc.) If you recognize him, I would love to hear from you.
