Leighton Years (Berong Nickel Project - Palawan, Philippines)

I was born in the midnight of August 30, 1978 in Brooke's Point, Palawan. After a couple of months, my grandfather named Regino Baldonado Sr., took me, mold me and raised me in the same town. I was disciplined with a strict and military rule with dignity, integrity and good culture by my grandfather. In addition herewith, I am now a full pledged Civil Engineer, Materials Engineer, Environmental Planner, Quantity Surveyor, Master Plumber, Project / Construction Manager in a various construction industries in the Philippines. Put up my owned company named PVBS Construction Services & PVBS Engineering Services in Manila.
I am the eldest son of Mr. Proyecto Ponce De Leon Setias Jr. and Mrs. Yvonne Exevea Baldonado Setias in Brooke's Point, Palawan, Philippines. My grandfather and grandmother names are Mr. Regino Ancheta Baldonado Sr., and Mrs. Gunigonda Quiming Exevea Baldonado respectively.
