Leona H (Wells) Restine-Kingsborough was born on March 12, 1913 in Oklahoma United States to John Frank Wells and Mary Ollie (Dodson), and had siblings Maude Elizabeth Didway, Virginia Helen (Wells), Lillie Vursie (Wells), Effie A (Wells), Alta Mae (Wells), Ada Bell (Wells), and Elmer Wells. She married Theodore Earl Kingsborough on November 4, 1935 in Le Flore County. They had children Louise (Kingsborough), Linda (Kingsborough), Ann Jerldean (Kingsborough), and Donna (Kingsborough).
