LOST & FOUND woman bun in hair

this photo was found in a box with others in small town in Cecil, Pennsylvania. It is suspected the woman was from Belgium and related or knew a family member connected to the Desmet family line. Any information would be greatly helpful and hopefully connect her to her family Years picture possibly acquired 1872- 1955
