Martin Lee Weich's father was Aaron Leib Weich (1907 - 1983), born in Austria and his mother was Lillian Rosenberg (1916 - 2011), born in Poland. He had one sister, Ruth (1942 - 2020).
When Martin was 3, he was living in Newark, New Jersey with his father, listed as Arnold, and mother, Lillian. They had a maid, Christina Burko, in the household as well. Dad Aaron was a butcher in a butcher shop.
In June of 1962 in New Jersey, Martin married Sharon N Gold and they had two children, Paul and Risa.
Martin was a medical doctor who, after he graduated from Rutgers and NYU Medical School., moved with his wife and children to Tucson, Arizona, where he opened a successful Ear, Throat, and Nose practice. He was remembered by his many patients and others as a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

I am 2nd generation San Jose and have seen a lot of changes in the area while growing up. We used to be known as the "Valley of Heart's Delight" (because the Valley was covered with orchards and there were many canneries to process the food grown here, which shipped all over the US) - now we have adopted the nickname "Capital of Silicon Valley" and Apple, Ebay, Adobe, Netflix, Facebook, and many more tech companies are within a few miles of my current home in San Jose (including AncientFaces). From a small town of 25,000, we have grown to 1 million plus. And when you add in all of the communities surrounding us (for instance, Saratoga, where I attended high school, living a block from our previous Mayor), we are truly one of the big cities in the US. I am so very proud of my hometown.
