Martin Rivas of Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, New Mexico was born on November 11, 1888 in Saucillo, CHIH Mexico to Aurelia Armendariz Guerrero and Epifanio Amado Rivas. He married Margarita Rivas, and had children Marcelina Rivas, Pilar “Pv” Rivas, Eva Rivas {Provencio}, Jenny Rivas {Benavidez}, Pifano Rivas, Lela Rivas {Arrey}, Donician “Chano” Rivas, and Librada “Leigh” Rivas {Acosta}. Martin Rivas died at age 88 years old on May 29, 1977.
