Martin Scanlan O'Hare of Portland, Cumberland County, Maine United States was born on May 8, 1860 in Ireland to Michael Henry Hehir and Ellenor (Scanlan) Hehir. Martin O'Hare had siblings John Hehir, Ellen Georgina (O'Hare) Callan, James E. Hehir, Honora (Hehir) Connellan, Patrick James Hehir Sr., Mary Ann (Hehir) Brogan, Michael T Hehir, Ellen Hehir, Catherine O'Hare, Alice Bridget (O'hehir) Beecher, and Thomas Hehir. He married Margaret Lee (Clancy) O'Hare on September 28, 1893 in Portland, Cumberland County United States, and they were married until Margaret's death on March 30, 1900 in Portland United States. They had children Margaret Eleanor (O'Hare) Barron and Grace L O'Hare. He would also marry Mary G./A. "Minnie" (Clancy) O'Hare on November 5, 1900 in Portland, Cumberland County United States, and they were married until Mary's death on December 14, 1901 in Portland United States. They had a child Michael Charles O'Hare. He and Anne M "Annie" (Delvin) O'Hare married on June 24, 1903 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts United States. They had children Martin J.
