Memorial Day Service 1927
This is a gathering of veterans of the Spanish-American War, the Civil War, and World War I. They are gathered at Sheridan Square in Somerset, Perry Co., OH. The statue in the background is of Genl. Phil Sheridan on his horse. He was originally from Perry Co., OH. Of the two gentlemen standing in front of the curb, the one on the left is my great-grandfather Charles Frederick STICKEL.
