There aren't any records (census or area directories) that show any of the Cleveland County Kidds in Michigan. Mildred (Kidd) Yandell/Saucer got as far North as Wyoming for a brief time; she is the one I looked at the hardest and would have the best chance of adopting a baby out. She left her first two children with her husband when they divorced in 1944 in Oklahoma, but in 1940 they were living in Pomona, San Jose CA. Do those dates work with your time frame?
