Mrs. T. H. Bjoin and Truman

I've "rescued" an old photograph of Mrs. T. H. BJOIN and Truman which was taken at the P. E. Lynne Studio in Crookston, MN. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with Mrs. BJOIN in her 20's and Truman likely about 1-2 years old at the time. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following details regarding this family:

Howard Truman BJOIN was b. 8 Jan 1887 in Utica, WI to parents Thorbjorn “Thomas” H. BJOIN (1854-1941) and Brita or Britha “Bertha” Trulsdatter ESSE (1860-1891). Howard Truman was one of 4 children born to this couple including, Gilman; Howard Truman; Agnes Avilda; and Gilman Benjamin BJOIN, all born between 1884 and 1891. After the death of his mother his father remarried Karen GILBERTSON (1871-1955) and 5 additional children were born including, Bertha C.; Gardner Elvin; Hazel; Esther Margaret; and Thelma BJOIN, all born between 1895 and 1910. Howard Truman married Rose AIKEN and he died 14 Oct 1958 in Kittson, MN.

Truman BJOIN, age 23, born MN, parents born WI/MN, a Livery Barn Teamster
Ed QUEE, partner, age 35, born WI, parents born Norway, an Automobile Chauffeur
A. SIMPSON, partner, age 61, a widower, born Norway, parents born Norway, to USA 1875, a Livery Barn Laborer
