Novell Young

Novell Lunsford Young was born in Garrison, Texas to Bessie Kirk and James Hoyt Lunsford on March 26, 1937. She was an only child. Her mom passed away when she was 16. Her father married Helen Lunsford who was a wonderful women and was an amazing mother to her and her two adopted sons who became her brother Jack and Jerry Johnson. She married the love of her life Denver Alderson Young on December 31, 1961. They had two boys Darren and Randall Young. They adopted their daughter Angela Faith Young in December 1976. Her husband passed away April 8, 2021. Novell passed away less than a year later March 26, 2022.
