Othneil (Otney) Wilson was the son of Catherine Webb Wilson Cooper and Thomas William Wilson. Otney was born in 1902 to this couple. Thomas William Wilson died Nov 1911 and Catherine remarried to Andrew Cooper in 1912. Otney was 9 yrs old when his mother remarried! He was raised by Andrew and was often referred to as a Cooper...But in fact!!!! He was a WILSON
