Outrageous and subsequently neglected case in 2012

This boy pictured above DIED due to the negligence of a drunk driver. He was riding his scooter into his own driveway when the drunk neighbor ran his car off the road onto the sidewalk, ran him over, and then just kept going. Outrageously, the judge ruled that the neighbor did nothing wrong; makes you think he came from a broken family as well
