Peter Perkins Burke?

I've "rescued" an old photograph identified as that of Peter Perkins BURKE which was taken at the G. W. Potter Studio in Placerville, CA in the early 1900's. Based on limited research I believe this may actually be a photograph of Edward Perkins BURKE b. 6 Aug 1905 in Placerville, CA to parents Peter Joseph BURKE (1868-1931) and his wife Mary “Mamie” Cecilia PERKINS (1869 or 1871-1907). Edward died 2 Dec 1974 in San Francisco, CA. It appears that the couple had one other child, a daughter Alice Cecilia BURKE (1907-1994). I’m hoping to locate someone from this BURKE Family so that the photograph can be returned to the care of family.
