Picture found under out antique Victorian Print. Framed in antique frame. It was possibly hidden behind the print when purchased by my husbands grandmother, Thelma Roper Sims. She lived in Hamlet NC when she passed away but her husband's family, George Hercule Sims was from the Birmingham Alabama area. He was retired railroad and she was a homemaker. The large Victorian Print has two ladies in a Garden in Paris and it has 2 smaller oval matching prints. The photo is probably 18 x 24. The frame is a heavy wood that has a shadow box look. (?) and gold and velvet matching borders. Help me to find the identity of this unknown male.
Photo also listed under surname, Sims. please share and ask if anyone knows him. We would love to know if he is a relative or exactly who he is and where he came from.
