He married Michele Diane (Akers) Allen at Pompton Reformed Church 17 Pompton Avenue, in Pompton Lakes, Passaic County United States, and they were married until Raymond's death on May 23, 2004. He had children Jessica Lynn (Allen) Bartosiewicz, Travis Mark Allen, and Kristina Marie Allen. Raymond Allen was buried on May 23, 2004 at Laurel Grove Cemetery Co 295 Totowa Rd, in Totowa.
