Ronald Eugene Whitlow was the son of Leonard Veldon Whitlow (1931-2012) and Delores (Brown) Hutchinson. He was born on December 27, 1961 in Dinuba, California. He had five brothers: Kevin, Dennis, Danny, Floyd Whitlow and Raymond Hutchinson and four sisters: Roxanne, Pam, Rhonda, and Karen. Born and raised in a small town in Tulare County, California, named Dinuba, Ronnie later lived in Visalia - about 15 miles away. He later moved to Colorado, where he was a maintenance man for various hotels. It seems that he never married. He was buried near his birthplace.

My mom's side of the family is Swedish (and still lives in Sweden) and she instilled in me lots of Swedish heritage and traditions which has made me who I am today. My dad's side of the family is German and Irish and the most likely the side of the family I get all my freckles from.
