Sandra Elaine (Smith) Stoddert was born on March 12, 1942 in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania United States. She married Dorwin Stoddert in July 1983 at Acension Lutheran Church in South Burlington, Chittenden County, Vermont, and they were married until Dorwin's death on February 5, 1987. She also married Dale Kleppinger and they later divorced on February 5, 1987. They had a child Eric Kleppinger. Sandra Stoddert died at age 76 years old on October 6, 2018 in Fairfax, VA, and was buried in October 2018 at Sydenstricker United Methodist Church 8508 Hooes Rd, in Springfield, Fairfax County. My parents raised us in the area in which they grew up. My family has deep VT and New England roots on my mother’s side, going back almost 235 years.
