Susan D. Alderman

Susan D. Alderman, age 43 of Perry, died on February 7, 2017 at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland. She was born on December 19, 1973 in Cleveland to Paul and Patricia (Swanner) Alderman and had been a lifelong area resident. Susan was an animal rescue activist. She worked as a public safety dispatcher for Lake County for the past 10 years and had previously been employed with Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority. Survivors are her mother, Patricia Alderman of Cleveland; fiance, Patrick Donaldson of Perry; sister, Lisa Mulloy of Cleveland; and niece, Amber Revelt of Lakewood. She is preceded in death by her father, Paul Alderman. Visitation will be Saturday, February 11, 2017 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, 368 Mentor Ave. (opposite Lake Erie College) Painesville, Ohio with a memorial service following at 4:00 p.m. Pastor Michael Cole will preside.
