Thomas John Evans was born in 1895 in Koroit, Moyne Shire County, VIC Australia to Margaret Sarah Bennett and William Evans, and had a brother William Robert Evans. He married Ena Margaret (Davies) Evans-Toner in 1924 in Victoria, and they were married until death separated them. He had children Una (Evans) Broome and Eugene Douglas Evans. Thomas Evans died at age 63 years old on May 21, 1959 in Melbourne, VIC, and was buried in Melbourne General cemetery.
