Thomas, sponsored my mother when she was a child. Help me find him.

Photo from 1991, I sponsored my mother with letters and gifts. My mother is Brazilian, from a small town called Orós. She was eight years old, her name Cletiana.
The only thing I know is that his name is Thomas. He wanted to visit my city.
