Tuggey Family Marriage
This group photo was taken prior to 1923. The only 2 people I can identify are Frances (Bailey) Tuggey (1846-1924) and her husband Joseph Baber Tuggey, Sr (1847-1923). Frances is on the far left and Joseph is the gentleman next to her with the muttonchops. I've sent this off to a cousin who may be able to ID more of the people here, but any help in the meantime would be appreciated.
