Uncle Thomas Barker
A photo of my Uncle, Thomas Barker. My Great Uncles Thomas & Emmit never married. Their farm grew to 680 acres by 1885. My mother & Aunt Lou would hitch up the wagon & go clean his house & do the washing. They liked going there because they could eat crackers which they didn't have & tomatoes which their father thought were poisonous. He loved to go to the movies in Sacramento. He would laugh and stomp his feet.
