Unknown from Riggins box

This was in a box of photos from the Howard Felix Riggins home. Howard's parents were E. D. & Ella Day (Thomas) Riggins. Howard and his first wife lived in California for a few years. He and his second wife lived in Texas. He was living in Perryton Texas when he died. He had two sons and a daughter in California; Johnny, Howard, and Glenda.
