Unknown woman Real Post Card Photo Maybe surname Allen

I Found this picture in the form of a postcard with my Grandmother Lydia photo's writing on back is a bit hard to decipher looks like Aunt Ellen. My grandmothers maiden name was Hover I'm thinking this women may be related to my Hover side from candor, NY

Anyone know who is this ??? most likely taken in Candor, NY maybe she is related to Hovers.
