USAAF Staff Sergeant (at this time) Anthony Costanza shaking a Technical Sergeant (at that time), I am unsure of his name or anything else about the photo.
My Grandfather, M/Sgt Anthony Costanza's promotion from Sergeant to Staff Sergeant on June 1, 1942 at Blytheville Army Air Field in Arkansas or else it is his USAAF promotion from Staff Sergeant to Technical Sergeant on Dec. 1, 1942 at Blytheville Army Air Field in Arkansas.
Date & Place: at Blytheville AFB, AR Arizona St, in Blytheville, Mississippi County, Arkansas 72315, United States

Anthony Costanza
Anthony Costanza enlisted in the US Army on September 1, 1931. Starting as a Private in the Corps of Engineers, he became a Sergeant from Nov 6, 1933, to Jul 25, 1934. He earned Military Pistol Expert title on Sep 18, 1934, then transitioned to Infantry as Private First Class till Jan 26, 1937, receiving Honorable Discharge. From Jul 27, 1937, to Jul 26, 1940, he served in Coast Artillery Corps as Private First Class, achieving honorable discharge. During WWII (Jul 27, 1940 - Oct 13, 1945), he became Master Sergeant in Army Air Corps Band 62nd C.A. (AA). He advanced through ranks, received medals, and played vital roles in military bands. On Jan 31, 1957, he retired as Master Sergeant from 314th Army Band, leaving a legacy of dedication.
