Vicky Jean Kingan was born Margaret Rose and Wesley Oliver Kingan Sr. (1934-2001) on September 4, 1969 in Connellsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. She had 11 siblings, and 4 half siblings including Vicky Kingan (1969-2007). She married Floyd Leonard on Octoer 5, 1990 in Connellsville, Pennsylvania. He was a wonderful husband to her and loved her to the end. If she were still here they would be together still. was true love. On December 1, 2007 Vicky Jean passed away in Connellsville, Pennsylvania. She is buried at the Mount Auburn Cemetery in Dunbar, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States of America.
