Willard Allen Porter was born on October 11, 1911 in Missouri United States to William Addison Porter and Martha Alice (Cobbs) Porter, and had siblings John Thomas Porter, Dora Almeida Elizabeth (Porter) Henry, William Woodrow Porter, Donald Edward Porter, Cyrus B. Porter, Olan David Porter, Ann Naomi Porter, and James Carroll Porter. He married Katherine Creed (Hobbs) Porter in 1933 in Hickman, Fulton County, Kentucky, and had children Edna Porter and Wenona Jean Porter. Willard Porter died at age 88 years old on December 11, 1999.
