William (Billy) D. Nolley, 64, of Granbury Texas, passed away on March 24, 2020 at his home from a 10 month battle with cancer.
Born on February 16, 1956 in Dallas Texas; the son of James and Anna Marie Nolley and brother to Wayne, Jimmy, and Belinda.
He had been a resident of Granbury Texas since 2018. Billy was a flatbed trucker for 32 years, traveling across the entire United States.8
His family includes his wife of 17 years, Vicki Nolley, his 3 stepchildren and 6 grandchildren.

From a small town of 25,000, we have grown to 1 million plus. And when you add in all of the communities surrounding us (for instance, Saratoga, where I attended high school, living a block from our previous Mayor), we are truly one of the big cities in the US. I am so very proud of my hometown.
