William Skerker
William ( Ze'ev Vulf ) Skerker is the son of Joseph Ber / Yosef Ber Skerker (1893-1971) and Nechama Brownveber "Nellie Brown" (1891-1937). He was born on October 1, 1917 in Amherst, Massachusetts and had a sister, Shirley Skerker (1921-2005). He married Blanche Blume Kaplan (1921-1967) on October 23, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA and they had a son together. He was in the Air Corps Private Regular Army and was discharged on September 12, 1974 after 6 years of service. William worked as an accountant and auditor and lived most of his life in Springfield, Massachusetts, USA.
